Surprisingly SMUD in Sacramento is currently hiring Pre-Apprentice Linemen. Eric saw the opening at the last moment possible and got his application in. For the next few months, he'll be going through all the fun tests to try to get on with this company. Any happy thoughts would be totally appreciated, for while moving doesn't sound like fun...it would still be great to be home.
