Shadows

So today I had to have someone "shadow" me. I don't know exactly what it is about this concept that I just don't like but boy I do not like it. It felt all day that there was this annoying fly that wouldn't leave me alone. She asks a lot of questions which were really silly and more of just restating what I just said. Yes I realize everyone has to learn but I wish that they didn't have to pull me into it. I'm just not very good at explaining every single thing that I do, especially when I am supposed to explain why I don't always do what I'm supposed to do. That's an awkward moment! I just cross my fingers that she either finds a new job or just looses her voice, anything along those lines would be great for me.

LOL - Make it up as you go and just confuse her.

I am right there with you, I have had to train soo many people and I have hated it every time. ESPECIALLY when they ask you a question that if they were listening, you had already given the answer to. Hope today goes better.

Good idea mom, I did that once at Burger King and really messed the poor kid up, but it made for an entertaining day.

I know what your talking about, i completely confused the girl in our Omaha office because I HAD to show her the "real way" to enter but no ones does it that way so i showed her the "easy way" to say the least it wasn't easy.
